These General Terms and Conditions for Booking regulate the commercial relationship between Webarcelona, SLU and customers who have contracted a transfer service through our website www.webarcelona.net (hereinafter referred to as the "website") or by telephone contact. When making a reservation you confirm that you are of legal age, that you have read and accept these conditions, and that you have the legal capacity and authority necessary to accept these general conditions in your own name and that of your companions, if any.

1. Cancellation policy

1.1. Services carried out with a car or minivan

If the transfer is canceled with more than 24 hours in advance of the pick-up day and time, the entire (100 %) payment will be refunded, less administration costs (10 %). If the transfer is canceled with less than 24 hours in advance of the pick-up day and time, the payment will not be refunded. If you have chosen to pay the transfer service by cash on the pick-up day and you fail to show up at the pick-up place, the payment for the service will be required via paypal.

1.2. Services carried out with minibuses or buses

If the transfer is canceled with more than 24 hours in advance of the pick-up day and time, 80% of the payment will be refunded. If the transfer service is canceled with less than 24 hours in advance of the pick-up day and time, the payment will not be refunded.

Cancellations must be communicated by sending an email to admin@webarcelona.net indicating the reservation code.

2. Reservation modification

You can modify the transfer services carried out with car or minivan up to 24 hours in advance of the pick-up day and time. If for exceptional circumstances it is not possible to make the change, you will be refunded 100% of the amount paid. With less than 24 hours in advance of the pick-up day and time of the reservation, we will do everything possible to make the requested change, but if it is not possible and you do not want to keep the service as it was originally contracted we will cancel without right to refund. Changes of date will always be subject to availability.

Changes must be communicated by sending an email to admin@webarcelona.net indicating the reservation code.

3. Privacy policy

The service will be made based on the data indicated by the customer when making the reservation. In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data, Webarcelona, ​​SLU informs users of its website that personal data collected during the booking process will be entered into a database under the responsibility of Webarcelona, ​​SLU, in order to facilitate and fulfill the commitments established between both parties. The client authorizes us to transmit his data to anyone involved in the performance of the service (transportation providers) and to send to his email address a survey about the service received. In addition, Webarcelona, ​​SLU informs the possibility of exercising the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by means of an email sent to the following email address: admin@webarcelona.net or by using this form.

4. Booking procedure and payment method

The booking form is interactive and depending on the total number of people, pick-up place and drop-off place of the transfer, it will show the payment options allowed in each case. It will also show if the reservation can be confirmed online (the "Confirm Reservation" button will be displayed) or if it is made on request (the "Request transfer" button will be displayed). Note that babies and children count as passengers and occupants of the vehicle (the section "Children under 11 years" indicates the conditions related to the children), and that due to baggage issues it may be necessary to hire a service with a larger vehicle. In the booking form we offer you this possibility.

5. Children under 11 years old

If your group is from 1 to 8 people it will be required to indicate the number of children under 11 who will travel in the vehicle and their ages for the necessary chairs to be carried. Up to two baby or child chairs are included in the price. If there were more than two children under 11 years of age, you will first need to check the availability of chairs and tell you if there is any extra cost. Minibuses and buses (vehicles for more than 9 people) do not require special chairs but you can bring your own or request chairs in the comments field of the booking form. In this case we would indicate if there is availability and the cost of the requested chairs.

6. Baggage and type of vehicle

The transfer service of 1-4 persons + driver are carried out with a mid-range tourism car. A passenger car can carry up to 4 suitcases of normal size (which can be carried in the cabin of an airplane) and 4 hand baggage.

The transfer service of 5-8 persons + driver are carried out with a minivan. A minivan can carry up to 8 suitcases of normal size (which can be carried in the cabin of an airplane) and 8 hand baggage.

The transfer service of 9-13 persons + driver are carried out with a minibus. A minibus can carry up to 13 large suitcases and hand baggage.

The transfer service of 14-19 persons + driver are carried out with a bus up to 19 persons. This type of bus can carry up to 19 large suitcases and hand baggage.

The transfer service of 20-25 persons + driver are carried out with a bus up to 25 persons. This type of bus can carry up to 25 large suitcases and hand baggage.

The transfer service of 26-35 persons + driver are carried out with a bus up to 35 persons. This type of bus can carry up to 35 large suitcases and hand baggage.

The transfer service of 36-50 persons + driver are carried out with a bus up to 50 persons. This type of bus can carry up to 50 large suitcases and hand baggage.

In special circumstances, such as a breakdown, a larger vehicle or two smaller vehicles could be sent.

7. Responsibility of Webarcelona, SLU

Webarcelona, ​​SLU acts as an intermediary between the customer and the official transport companies or autonomous drivers authorized to transport passengers using vehicles equally authorized for such activity (hereinafter the "Provider"). All vehicles and providers have the administrative licenses and compulsory insurance required by Spanish regulations. As an intermediary, Webarcelona, ​​SLU does not accept any responsibility for the provision of the transport service itself. Our responsibility is to publish information on our website about the transportation services provided by the Providers and to transmit the information or modification of the reservations to the Suppliers. Neither the Provider nor Webarcelona, ​​SLU will be responsible for any losses or damages that may suffer your baggage. We recommend that you sign up for an insurance policy that protects you from possible loss or damage.

The contracting of one or more transfer services does not constitute a "combined journey" as indicated by the European Directive of 1990 about the package travels sale, package holidays and package tours. Each transport reservation made on the website is an independent service and any other service that can be booked on our website.

Webarcelona, ​​SLU reserves the right to make changes at any time in its website, and in the present General Terms and Conditions.

8. Responsibility of the Provider

The Provider undertakes to carry out transportation services according to the data indicated in the reservation made by the customer through the website; i.e. the Provider agrees to use a vehicle appropriate to the number of people indicated or according to the customer's choice for baggage excess or any other reason; to pick up the customer and his group, if any, at the place, date and time of collection indicated, and to transport him to the indicated drop-off place.

9. Responsibility of the Customer

At the pick-ups in the airports, once the flight you indicated in your booking has landed, the driver will wait inside the terminal for you for 1 hour. After this time, and without any information from you, your reservation will be canceled without the right of payment devolution. The drivers will try to call you before the waiting time is fulfilled but it is the Customer's obligation to telephone the driver (mobile number is on the confirmation voucher) in case of delay due to luggage, customs or any other reason of delay once the flight has landed. Once informed of the delay, the driver can wait longer and could apply an extra fee per hour of waiting that will be € 45.00 for cars and minivans, and € 59.00 for minibuses and buses. Keep in mind that the extra cost will be proportional, for example if, in addition to the initial 60 minutes of waiting included in the price, a car driver had to wait 15 minutes, the extra cost would be € 11.25.

At pick-ups in other places than the airport, the same conditions apply except that the initial waiting time included in the price is 30 minutes and not 1 hour.

The acceptance of these terms and conditions, oblige you to comply with current Spanish legislation. Therefore, your luggage may not contain dangerous substances, firearms or animals that do not be transported in a container that complies with IATA regulations. However, the Customer must previously inform the species, breed and size of the animal with which he travels and we will indicate the availability and possible extra costs that may exist. If you noy inform us or the required security conditions are not fulfilled, the provider can cancel your transfer without right of refund.

The Provider shall have the right to refuse to transfer any person who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs without right of refund. The Provider also reserves the right, according to a reasonable criterion, to terminate a transfer if the behavior of one of the passengers affects its safety or that of the driver of the vehicle, without right of refund, and neither Webarcelona, ​​SLU nor the Provider accepts no liability for any additional expenses incurred by the Customer or his group in such conduct.

We also remind you that smoking is not allowed inside the vehicles.

10. Force majeure

Neither Webarcelona, SLU nor the Provider can be held responsible for extraordinary situations that may occur before or during the transfer service. Extraordinary situations are understood as accidents that block roads or streets, police operations, acts of vandalism or terrorism, unforeseen demonstrations and organized disturbances, road damage, official acts of government or local administrations, fires, natural disasters, extraordinary meteorological conditions or any situation beyond the control of the Provider.

11. Changes in these terms and conditions

Webarcelona, SLU reserves the right, at its discretion, to change at any time these General Terms and Conditions of Reservation. The use of this website, as well as any reservations made by the Customer, will be subject to the version of the General Booking Terms and Conditions of Webarcelona, SLU in force at the time of booking.

12. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions of Reservation, and the relationship between Webarcelona, SLU and the Customer will be governed by Spanish law. For any litigation that arises from the content or interpretation of these General Terms and Conditions or any relationship between Webarcelona, SLU and the Customer, both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Barcelona city.
