The Picasso family came to Barcelona in 1895 y found an accommodation in a pension which is nowadays the restaurant "Set Portes" (seven doors): from the blue period to the mediterranean cuisine and, interestingly, between absinthe and absinthe, the young Picasso drew the title of a menu card with the first menu of the newly founded "4Gats" (four cats)... the construction of the Sagrada Familia began in 1882 on an open field in Barcelona designed by the architect Francisco de Paula del Villar.
