Halloween in Barcelona: outstanding activities


Trick or Treating. In the case of Barcelona we should say Halloween or Castanyada, although it seems that Halloween has won. Some fusion has taken place but in this case the external tradition is the one that has taken the leading role. Just go to a supermarket to see the spaces dedicated to Halloween: among the pumpkins, skulls, witches and other elements typical of Halloween you can find local elements: chestnuts, sweet potatoes and "panellets". And speaking of tradition, it would not be bad if you go to a chestnut and sweet potato stall (here is an official list, it is from 2020 but it is the most current that we have found) and then buy some panellets in one of these patisseries.

The night of souls


The Night of Souls is a new horror show that is held at the Krüeger Hotel in the Tibidabo Amusement Park. Go up to the Park with the new Cuca de Llum and tremble with fear.

Halloween at the Poble Espanyol

Family activity

To enjoy the Halloween Party in a quiet and familiar environment. For several days you can walk the streets of Poble, with special decoration for the occasion.
