These festivals in the most bohemian and multicultural neighborhood of Barcelona offer attendees activities of all kinds and for all ages: concerts, gastronomy, sports, workshops for children and adults, correfocs, performances, cinema, dance, games, open days and much more. La Rambla del Raval is one of the neuralgic points of the party, with numerous activities during the day and night, but the Fiesta Mayor del Raval extends to other streets, squares and spaces in the neighbourhood.

The most outstanding activities of the Raval Festival 2023

  • Thursday 13: the Raval Choral Societies will arrive in a parade and from 9:00 p.m. the Proclamation of the Festival will take place. Then there will be a concert and dance by the Big l'EM Band.
  • Friday the 14th: there will be many activities scattered around the squares and streets of the neighbourhood, such as the Athletic Races on the Rambla del Raval and the Sports Morning in the Jardines de las Vueltas de Cirés. In the afternoon, in the Ronda de Sant Antoni, the Filipino Oyayi festival will be held, with traditional games and concerts with groups of Filipino origin. The Brazilian Party will take place on the Rambla del Raval starting at 6:00 p.m., with many proposals to enjoy the music, the atmosphere and the Brazilian gastronomy. The Rubió and Lluch Gardens will host a Community Day organized by the Rubió and Lluch and Gardunya Community Table. Starting at 5:00 p.m., there will be workshops, storytelling, guided tours and a popular dinner for the entities.
  • Saturday the 15th: neighborhood street parties will be the real stars of Saturday's main festival, and streets such as Junta de Comerç and Om, and Plaza Salvador Seguí, will be filled with popular food and vermouth, dances, and film screenings. And as usual, on Saturday afternoon, we will enjoy the Bastoners and Castellers, the Timpani Drum and the Correfoc.
  • Sunday the 16th: in the morning the Giants will take to the streets, and the Festival will end on Sunday night in the Plaza de Sant Agustí with the traditional concert of habaneras and burnt rum for all attendees.
