Poblenou Urban District, the private association founded in 2012 to promote the creative and cultural community of Poblenou, offers us the tenth edition of Poblenou Open Night. From 7:00 pm to 12:00 am, in the Poblenou neighborhood you will find a wide variety of free cultural proposals and special promotions organized by more than forty spaces, partners of Poblenou Urban District: art galleries, museums, concept stores, training centers, gastronomic spaces, stores and hotels with exhibitions, concerts, workshops, gastronomic proposals and exclusive performances.

About the 2023 edition of Poblenou Open Night

After two years, the Music Urban Circuit returns to Poblenou Open Night this year, a musical journey through different stages and unique places in the neighborhood, offering DJs and emerging artists the opportunity to showcase their creations. In addition, Poblenou Urban District will have its own space at Poblenou Open Night, although its location, right now, is secret and will be revealed through social networks.

The art and design route

Poblenou Open Night highlights the art, design and creativity of museums, galleries, and studios that will open their doors to present projects, exhibitions, and audiovisual projections:

  • Artesi celebrates its first anniversary with the exhibition "A glimpse of the other side", collaborating with the Catalan Foundation for Cerebral Palsy.
  • Disseny Hub Barcelona will offer permanent and temporary exhibitions, including its temporary exhibitions such as"The Best Design of the Year".
  • Chez Xefo Gallery will present the closing of the Loop festival with a video projection by Maria-Jose Vela.
  • Ket Galeria will exhibit "Life Acuatic" by Lucia Faraig, exploring the sea from her artistic perspective.
  • The Platform will offer art, music and gastronomy.
  • L&B Gallery will present the exhibition "I took the choice of not having the choice" by Emma Piau - IAMPIÔ.
  • Medio Design will open its doors with new projects, exhibition and sale of art and design products.
  • At Palo Alto Barcelona, Stefanie Herr's solo exhibition "Shifting Terrain" reflects on landscape and human action in the consumer society.

  • Aparto Pallars Barcelona offers a free watercolor workshop in collaboration with La Clandestina de Poblenou.
  • Barcelona School of Creativity presents a workshop "Geometries of the creative body".
  • BAU celebrates the opening of HAUS with music and artistic contributions.
  • FX Barcelona Film School offers screenings, exhibitions and activities related to cinema and videogames.
  • IAAC & Fab Lab Barcelona exhibit educational program projects.
  • L'Idem Barcelona presents a new video game and cultural activities.
  • Manuvision offers a hand tasting and body therapy.
  • SouLivre performs vertical dance demonstrations and other activities.
  • Onair Barcelona presents the aerial dance show "GLORY".
  • SAE organizes an audiovisual show with DJs and visual installations.

In the tenth edition of Poblenou Open Night, concept stores, stores and showrooms offer activities and special promotions:

  • Casa Pampa, concept store vegetal, offers a 15% discount on plants and terrariums.
  • FEOS Poblenou, with clothing, tattoos and illustrations, presents discounts and surprises.
  • LUSINI Showroom becomes an interactive bar with augmented reality, music and photocall.
  • Mietis closes a design and jewelry exhibition at its flagship store.
  • Moryarty Posters exhibits vintage prints and frames.
  • Noak Room presents its collection of vintage Scandinavian furniture.
  • Unusual* Concept Store hosts a fashion show featuring iconic United Nude models, music and cocktails.

Music and promotions in theaters

Poblenou, Barcelona's Creative District, becomes the nerve center of the creative community on the night of November 24. Theaters such as Sala Beckett and Teatre Nacional de Catalunya offer special promotions. On the musical side, Bridge 48 presents a program with female electronic music artists and an exhibition. Codigo Sound celebrates its 30th anniversary with a lighting and image exhibition and DJ Set by Eric Fita. The Hoxton Poblenou organizes a Block Party with DJs, MCs, live performances and more.
