Year after year and summer after summer, and there are already twelve, the Parking Shakespeare theater company presents us with a new work by Shakespeare in the shade of the trees of the Parc de la Estació del Nord. This year they will offer us a new version of Ricardo III, adapted by the playwright and director Carla Torres, with a focus on difference and the tyranny of self-image imposed by social networks. By bringing the classic closer to people who suffer from bullying in schools and institutes, the mechanisms that are activated around the idea of beauty and ugliness, and of the normative and the non-normative will be explored.
