Due to the current situation, Gamelab Barcelona 2020 is transformed and will be called Gamelab Barcelona 2020 Live. The XVI edition is maintained but it will be online, a format very close to the digital leisure industry. This year Gamelab will have an extensive program of presentations, workshops, seminars, keynote talks and colloquia with top-level speakers, just as in previous editions. Gamelab has managed year after year to summon the most influential creators in the sector, personalities such as: Shigeru Miyamoto (Super Mario Bros, The Legend of Zelda), Hideo Kojima (Metal Gear, Snatcher), Shuhei Yoshida (President of Sony Worldwide Studios) or Jade Raymond (Assassin's Creed, Splinter Cell).
Registration for the congress will be free for the main conferences; services with a more specialized and networking nature will have a very special rate, a discount of over 80%, as a support measure and with the intention of making this section more accessible to the entire sector.
The idea of the organizers to keep holding this year's edition, is to show support for the industry and for digital leisure lovers who have supported this event throughout its history, and to return to Barcelona with greater force if fits in your next edition.

Gamelab, founded in 2005, is a non-profit organization whose objective is to create quality events related to the world of digital entertainment. In Gamelab, the International Congress of Videogames and Interactive Leisure, professionals, researchers, businessmen, academics and investors find inspiration and share projects and ideas.
In this 15th edition, as usual, Gamelab will have great names of global reference, the great gurus of creation and industry that meet in this international forum not only to exchange ideas and share their knowledge, but to anticipate experiences and the leisure formats for the next decade.
