The Algodonera Gastro Market is the most important event of the Cotton House Hotel. It has been organized since 2016 and the main proposal of the market focuses on gastronomy, highlighting the sweet delights of the renowned Rocambolesc by Jordi Roca, recently awarded with "The Best Pastry Award" in "The Best Chef Awards". The proposals of the pastry shop L'Atelier and Bikineria Rocambolesc, which moves for the first time from Girona to Barcelona, will also be presented. In addition, at the stand of Batuar, the hotel's restaurant, visitors will be able to enjoy a variety of options, including baos, mulled wine, punch, Cotton House desserts, churros with chocolate, as well as a proposal that includes Serrano ham, cheeses and the traditional Christmas broth from the Mary's Meal Foundation's solidarity stop, awarded with the Princess of Asturias Award in 2023.

In addition to the workshops, the event will feature a visit from Santa Claus and the Royal Page, who will collect letters from the children. Other attractions include the wishing tree, raffles for stays, massages by Mayan Spa, live music on Saturday and various surprises.
