On 2 April is World Autism Awareness Day and to join this objective, Aprenem has organized several solidarity activities with the aim to change the image we have of the autisme.
The 2nd of April
Between 21h and 24h over 30 buildings and emblematic monuments of Barcelona will light up in blue, and the hotels Royal Paseo de Gracia, Condes de Barcelona, España, Majestic, W Barcelona, Arenas Atiram, Tres Torres atiram, Oriente Atiram, Meson Castilla Atiram, Internacional Ramblas Cool Atiram, AC Barcelona Forum, Crowne Plaza Barcelona-Feria Center and the Restaurante Marítimo offer cocktails, snacks and blue cakes.
The colour Blue will also be present in the windows of the Paseo de Gracia, like the stores Nespresso, Adolfo Dominguez, Lladró, Piquadro, Carmina Shoemaker and Anna Mora.
The 12th of April (Fiesta for Autism, Light It Up Blue!)
The Festival will take place in 13 areas of the coast of Barcelona: Club Natación Barcelona, Club Natació Atlètic Barceloneta, Zoo, IEM Espacio de Mar, CC Maremagnum, Claridad Marítimo, CMV Vela Barcelona, CEM La Mar Bella, Museo Azul, Museo de Historia de Cataluña, Museo Marítimo, Real Club Marítimo de Barcelona and solidarity activities will be held.
The final event will take place at the Maritime Claror at 13: 30h where Filippo Landini will act, snacks will be offered by Hotel Condes de Barcelona, Damm, Pascual and M & M and a circus workshop will be organized for children.
