The "Carnaval" by Claudio Rojas celebrates the spirit of the Carnival of Oruro (Bolivia), a popular event which shows the pagan ancient traditions of Andean culture, traditions which were banned by the arrival of the colonizers but they were kept alive because they hid the Andean gods among the icons of Christian liturgy making them saints. Claudio Rojas uses two art forms in this series: Cubism and Pop Art.

The Opening of the exhibition will take place on January 20 at 19:00 h.
