Fiestas de Santa Eulàlia
The celebrations of Santa Eulàlia are organized in honor of Santa Eulàlia, copatrona of Barcelona. On February 7, 8, 9 and 12, giant and big heads, eagles, lions, dance groups, devils, dragons and other characters that are part of the festive tradition of Barcelona will parade through the streets and squares of Ciutat Vella. And there will be castellers in the Plaza de Sant Jaume. The popular culture program is broad. The concerts of Nota79
Live music is the main offer of Nota79. At least they are scheduled three concerts per week (Thursday, Friday and Saturday) of modern music (with styles as diverse as swing, jazz, blues, soul, manouche, pop, rock, ...), and on Sundays they offer concerts of classical music. In addition, at the end of the concerts, Nota79 continue to function as a music bar (Clubbing 79) with the best music of all time and excellent cocktails.

Seas of plastic. From problem to solution
An impressive exhibition that aims to raise awareness in society of the danger posed to the oceans and seas of plastic waste. The amount of plastic that harbor marine waters is so important that there is not a single square kilometer of seawater that is free of plastic particles. This situation seriously threatens aquatic ecosystems and marine species. The figures say it all: every year between 8 and 12 million tons of garbage from poorly managed waste arrive to the sea from the five continents.
