From Barcelona
At the bus station of Barcelona Nord you can take a special bus that will leave you 300 meters from the Barcelona - Catalunya circuit. You can also go with the train line R2 leaving from the stations of Sants, Passeig de Gràcia, El Clot Aragó and Sant Andreu Comtal. Keep in mind that the Montmeló train station is 3 km away from the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, so you can consider taking a bus or a taxi at the station to get to the circuit.
From the airport
Line R2 of train in terminal T2, to Montmeló station. You can also go to the Barcelona Nord bus station to take the special bus. See more information of interest in the "From Barcelona" section. To get to the Barcelona Nord station from the airport, the fastest option is the AEROBUS to Plaza Espanya and then take the L1 metro line to the Arc de Triomf station.
