The Bar del Pi was founded in 1927 in a building from the end of the 18th century. This small and cozy bar is a classic of the Gothic Quarter. Its modernist-style façade is the gateway to a world that is always lively and bustling at certain times of the day, which is a meeting point for several generations. It also has outside tables to enjoy the atmosphere of the square where classical and jazz bands often play. The Bar del Pi is a popular meeting point for both locals and tourists.
Its artistic and bohemian atmosphere is evident in its walls, which display original drawings and posters by artists such as Serrat, Mariscal or Rafael Alberti. At the back of the premises, on the ground floor, they have a piano on which from time to time a spontaneous cheers up the customers.
