Salón Erótico de Barcelona - Erotic Fair

Trade fair/Congress

The Erotic Salon of Barcelona (SEB) has been the world reference event on the eroticism and pornography industry. The SEB proposes activities of all kinds so that you can choose the ones that best suit your tastes. And we said it was because the SEB is evolving and it already did it in the last edition. And that change has become more profound this year: the contents and shows are renewed with a more feminist, inclusive, educational, open, reflective and entertaining program. It is a complicated bet but surely necessary.

The SEB wants to offer a global perspective on sexuality and represent the society of the future. For that reason, this year's motto is "We have to talk."

The news of the 2019 edition of the Erotic Salon of Barcelona

  • The training offer that was the most requested last year by attendees is expanded. There will be more than 100 training sessions (workshops, colloquiums, conferences and experimental sessions) guided by sexologists and psychologists. Projects such as Somos Peculiares, Hello Nipple or Extasia will also give talks. The themes will be varied and will range from the sexuality of the sons and daughters, sexual tendencies, polyamory, control of premature ejaculation, to the point G, fetishism, female ejaculation, anal pleasure, tantric sex or limits of BDSM. There will also be sex coaching sessions, and talks and debates about the influence of porn on sexual relations and sexuality of young people. In these training classrooms there will also be an interactive sexshop with live demonstrations.
  • Another great novelty will be the presence of artistic experiences such as the Tunnel Art artistic installation curated by the designer Javier Fernández, which has the participation of several artists from different disciplines; and an area of sensory experimentation ASMR that will present to the attendees other forms of pleasure, related to auditory and visual pleasures.
  • We can also attend four micro theater sessions created exclusively by the director Alix Gentil and designed to make the public reflect from close proximity and complicity. The four pieces can be seen during several sessions every day of the SEB.
  • The live shows, one of the hall's hallmarks, will delve into the artistic quality and representation of diverse sexualities, with the novelty of having an artistic direction coordinated by the Hall itself and curated by the actress and director Sílvia Rubí. Live shows will be cataloged and slow sex shows will be included, which are committed to a more conscious, intimate and thoughtful sex. In addition, live shows will be mixed with other disciplines such as erotic tales, acrobatics, pole dance or bodypaint. As a remarkable novelty, the safety distance with the stage will be extended, and the use of "selfie sticks" and large format cameras will be prohibited.
  • In addition to the classic Swinger Zones, which this year will have more prominence, and the foodtruck patio, this year the SEB will also have a Shibari Zone, in which the viewer can discover this delicate Japanese art; an exhibition of erotic photographs; a tantric sex film session with a later colloquium, an Extreme Zone to live extreme experiences and a tattoo space.

The Ninfa Awards of the adult leisure industry are awarded every year at the Erotic Fair of Barcelona. The professionals of the sector and the public attending the event vote to choose the winners. There are several categories.

The SEB, an event for people over 18 years of age, understands sex as something positive and fights against any type of discrimination for issues related to the sexuality of people.
