In 2008, Matinée Group devised a concept that changed the lesbian scene. For the first time, thousands of women gathered in Barcelona to live a week of vacations, leisure, culture and parties created by and for them. In this way a new trend in Europe was created: that of holiday leisure festivals aimed at the female audience. Girlie Circuit Festival was born.
