Festival Mind and Fit - MAF

Mind and Fit, the first festival for body and mind, will celebrate its first edition at the Parc del Fòrum in Barcelona. This pioneering event in Europe aims to attract more than 10,000 attendees who can enjoy more than 100 different activities related to fitness, yoga and meditation, combined with dance classes, lectures and debates on healthy eating. The festival will feature the participation of prestigious experts in each specialty, as well as people who have innovated in various techniques of the field of physical and emotional well-being.

The Yogi Xuan Lan

Among the outstanding personalities that will share their knowledge with Mind and Fit attendees is the yogi Xuan Lan, who has inspired millions of people thanks to her books and exercises through social networks. Xuan Luan will offer a masterclass on Flexibility and hip opening. The creator and promoter of Ballet Fit, Gloria Morales, developer of the technique that unites the beauty of classical dance with the properties of sports gymnastics, will make dance to people who come to their sessions (the two days of the festival). Nutrition will also have a prominent space: Mind and Fit will have the presence of the expert in sports nutrition Edgar Barrionuevo, who will hold a conference on healthy eating.

MAF sections

• MAF FIT: an area where attendees can tone their body with fitness activities such as crosstraining or spinning®.
• MAF MIND: in this section you will practice yoga, pilates and meditation classes with several experts in the field of relaxation, balance, breathing and meditation.
• MAF LIVE: will be the place where you can listen to the lectures of various experts in healthy habits and it will also be a space for nutrition and food consultations, and physiotherapy and chiropractic.
• MAF TRUCKS and MAF MARKET: At the artificial beach of the Forum and next to the green areas, attendees will have a healthy food offer, as well as accessories and sportswear.
