Blanc Festival

Blanc Festival began its official journey in 2009 in Vilanova i la Geltrú. Its origin, however, is in 2003, the year in which Octubre del Disseny was held, also in Vilanova, and coincided with the Year of Design in Barcelona. In 2016 the festival moved to Barcelona.

In this festival dedicated to graphic design and professional creativity you can attend conferences, master classes and other activities. The Blanc has as main axes the recognition of emerging talent (for which the CREAM price is awarded) and that of the great masters and pioneers of design in Spain. The past, the present and the future of graphic design.

For the Blanc Festival have passed figures of national and international recognition as Paula Scher, Alex Trochut, Bruce Mau, Fernando Gutiérrez, István Orosz, Vasava, Adi Goodrich or Feixen Studio, among others.

This event is focused on the professionals of the sector and the organization highlights the closeness, the camaraderie, and the good atmosphere that is transmitted during the event. The closing party, Blanc Nit Bestial, is celebrated in the Bestial room (street Ramon Trias Fargas, 2-4).
