LA BOQUERIA The city's main market, and one of the world's greatest. A riot of colour, sounds and flavours. The Boquería is the biggest market in Spain and offers one of the greatest variety of food products. Situated of the famous Ramblas the Boquería market is a tourist attraction and visited by many tourists. A perfect place for an aperitif (like f.e. oysters with a glass of Cava or a glass of white wine) or stay for lunch and try the tapas or a vegetabel plate while enjoying the place and the people. L'ILLA

L'Illa Diagonal is situated in the Avenida Diagonal one of the most expensive districts of Barcelona. This shopping mall has all kind of shops , department stores and international boutiques, bars, coffee shops and restaurants, but also a 4-star hotel and a public park. It's not in the center of Barcelona, but it's easy to get there with the public transport. The shopping in the L'Illa can be a bit more relaxed and the visitor has the chance to know another part of Barcelona which is not so frequented by tourists.
