| Reservation Process | |||

| You send your request for a reservation (via internet form). | |||
Immediately
you will be sent an e-mail offer which will include
your reservation details, the conditions, the price and the period of
validity of the offer. At this point, the accommodation is still not officially
reserved for you. |

You
can now confirm the reservation and conditions by sending us
a further e-mail with the information which is requested in the e-mail
of the offer. |
|||
We
now contact the owner of the property and make the reservation for you.
In the case of another confirmation arriving before yours and the accommodation
no longer being available, we will propose alternative accommodation where
possible. |
|||
You
will be sent an e-mail confirming that your reservation has been accepted.
No other reservations will now be accepted for the accommodation on the
dates which you have chosen. This confirmation e-mail, which you will
receive within a maximum of 24 hours after we have received your confirmation,
will include the complete address of the accommodation which you have
chosen. The e-mail will also include a link to send
the data of your credit card via internet secure form and our data bank
if you prefer to pay the advanced payment by bank transfer. |

On
receiving the payment, we will send you a final confirmation
of the reservation by e-mail which will include complete details of the
reservation and the name and telephone number of the person (your contact)
who will be waiting for you on arrival at your accommodation. This will
generally be the owner of the accommodation or a person chosen by them.

| When you
arrive at your destiny you have to pay the balance to your contact
and to delivery the deposit to him; then your contact will delivery the
keys of the lodging to you. The delivery of keys is always in the lodging
although, exceptionally, this one can take place in some premises near the
lodging (it happens sometimes that the owners of the lodgings have a store,
bar or restaurant located in the environs of the lodging). The day of your departure, your contact will refund to you the deposit if damages in the lodging have not taken place. |

Most
important: from the moment at which you confirm your reservation request,
this one can be confirmed in a maximum term of 24 hours. |
