accordance with current data and electronic commerce protection regulations,
the User accepts that personal data given when requesting a reservation
or other information to WeBarcelona, S.L. may be inserted into files owned
by this company, for the purpose of providing the requested service and
carrying out basic administrative tasks, such as informing by electronic
mail about new products or services from Webarcelona. In the case of commercial
communication by electronic mail, the User gives his or her consent to
being sent publicity by electronic mail.
WeBarcelona undertakes to fulfil its obligation to keep the personal data secret and its duty to keep them as confidential, and will adopt the measures necessary to prevent such data being changed, processed or accessed without permission, in accordance with Spanish law (Ley Orgánica 15/1999 of 13 December 1999) and any other legislation applicable.
In fulfilment of the "Ley Orgánica 15/1999 of 13 December 1999" covering the protection of data of a personal nature, the User registered with WeBarcelona can at any time exercise his or her right to access, change, cancel or repeal the consent given under the surrender terms given in the said law, and other rules which may develop such as those in the "Ley de Comercio Electrónico (ley 34/2002 of 11 July)" Spanish Electronic Commerce law of 11 July 2002.
