CANCELLATION
POLICY
If a reservation is cancelled at least 60 days before the day of arrival,
the entire advance payment will be refunded, less administration costs
(of up to 15%).
If the reservation is cancelled less than 60 days before the day of
arrival, the advance payment will not be refunded. However, if we are
able to obtain an alternative reservation of the same accommodation
for the dates which you have cancelled, you will be refunded the total
advance payment made (less administrative costs), or the proportional
amount if the new reservation is less than that originally made by you.
For example, if your advance payment was of 100 euros and we are able
to make a new reservation with an advance payment of 80 euros, we would
return 80% of what you had paid.
Partial
Cancellations:
For the cancellation for one or two nights we apply the same conditions
like the conditions for the cancellation for at least 60 days before
the day of arrival. For example: If you cancel 1 night you will be refunded
with the proportional amount for 1 night, if the reservation is cancelled
at least 60 days before the day of arrival. If the reservation for one
night is cancelled within 60 days before the day of arriva, the advanced
payment willl not be refunded.
A change in the number of persons:
If you reduce the numer of persons for a reservation, we will charge
you with the amount of EUR 6,00 for this change for administration
costs.
RESPONSIBILITY
WeBarcelona and the owners of the apartments
WeBarcelona
acts as an intermediary between the owners of the accommodation and
the clients. WeBarcelona
is responsible for managing the reservations of accommodation in Barcelona,
Madrid and Girona. Owners of the properties are responsible for the
accuracy of the description of the accommodation and its contents on
our website, and for the cleanliness of the accommodation on your day
of arrival. However, WeBarcelona
can arbitrate between the owner and a client should any disagreement
arise between them.
Where WeBarcelona has been responsible for managing a reservation, in
the event of an occurrence which renders the accommodation unusable
(fire, interruption of water, electricity or gas supply etc.), we will
try to find you a suitable alternative. This alternative accommodation
will be as similar as possible to that which you had reserved. If you
choose not to accept the alternative offered, WeBarcelona will refund
your advance payment plus any commissions or costs incurred in making
this payment.
If, during your stay, any incident occurs which prevents you from using
water, gas or electricity, the owner must try to effect the necessary
repairs as soon as possible. Should the repair require a period of time
such that your stay would be made less agreeable, the owner and WeBarcelona
will try to find you similar alternative accommodation without any additional
cost, although, under no circumstances can the owner pay more than 110
% of the price per night which you were paying. If the cost of this
alternative is cheaper than that which you paid for your chosen accommodation,
the owner will refund the difference.
About the guests
The guest is the
person who realized and confirmed the reservation and whose personal
datas are in our data base.
On entering your accommodation you become responsible for any damage
or the disappearance of any of the contents, whether produced by yourself
or any of those in your company. At the end of your stay, the owner
will check the condition of the property and, if necessary, the cost
of any damage produced will be subtracted from your deposit.
It is not allowed that more persons lodge in the accommodation
than the number of persons requested in the reservation. In the case
that there are more persons in the accommodation, the owner of the accommodation
has the right to cancel the reservation without any refund.
It is not allowed to make noise in the accommodation after 22:00 h according
to código civil español. When entering or going out of
the flat please avoid to make to much noise, especially after 22.00h.
Please respect the right the neighbours for
a rest.
