The excellent and modern decoration of the flat is perfectly combinded with the old style and that's why the flat has a cosy atmosphere and a special flair. Location: City Centre - Zone Ciutat Vella / Born (Montcada street). The apartment is situated in the Born quarter in a building next to the Picasso museum. There are not a lot of apartments in such a privileged situation. The Born quarter, with its gothic architecture, is one of the nicest quarters and the most trendy one of Barcelona. In the Born you will find one of  the most important Catalan Gothic buildings: the church of Santa Maria del Mar. The quarter has a lot of old palaces, which are now mostly museums (Picasso museum, Textil museum..).
