An open meeting of the Batucada groups in which a competition is held and a prize will be awarded to the winner of the meeting. During the day, there will be Percussion and Batucada performances, workshops capoeira, samba and frevo, a master class of percussion and also a very interesting lecture on Carnival and Rhythms by Alex Ribeiro, a professor for Percussion of one of the major samba schools of Rio de Janeiro (Império Serrano). The meeting is supported by the Geral Brazilian Consulate in Barcelona. Celebrate the summer with a real Brazilian party!
