The Art Gallery Mayoral in Barcelona presents the exhibition "Dalí. Master of Metamorphosis" as a result of a process of investigation and review of the figure of the ampurdanés artist. The exhibition is complemented by a program of lectures and educational activities to ensure and preserve his artistic memory. The exhibition was organized in collaboration with The Dali Museum in Sant Petersburg, by the Descharnes family and friends of Salvador Dalí.
Some of the most interesting pieces are the choice of six fashion design drawings that Dalí made in 1965. The artist agreed with the clothing manufacturer Wisconsin, Jack A. Winter, to design a fashion line that included swimwear, sportswear and festive designs. These designs were shown in Paris the same year in an exhibition, but none of them were ever produced.
